Whipped Avocado & Herb Protein Dip
Ingredients:
1. ½ cup of 0% fat Greek yogurt
2. ½ cup of low fat cottage cheese
3. ½ an avocado
4. 2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
5. Handful cilantro
6. Handful parsley
7. 2 green onion
8. Juice ½ lemon
9. Salt & Pepper, to taste
Directions:
1. Add everything into a blender & blend (feel free to add water to thin out the dip just a bit – based on desired consistency)
2. Refrigerate until ready to eat
3. Enjoy with veggies, flax crackers and parmesan for a balanced snack
